Staff Assist is recruiting for an accounts payable clerk to join a busy Credit Control Accounts Receivables department in the town of Welwyn Garden City. The position will be speaking to schools and education untits chasing their account with overdue invoices.
JOB JOB TILE: ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES CREDIT CONTROL
SALARY £12.95 PER HOUR
WORK HOURS: 37 HOURS PER WEEK AND FELXIBLE WITH START AND FINISH
WORKING HOURS: BETWEEN 8AM - 9AM AND 5PM HOURS PER WEEK MONDAY TO FRIDAY (flexible with start and finish times providing 37 hours a week is completed)
WFH HOME OPTION IS AN OPTION hybrid working may be an option
1. Job Description: Acs.Receivable (credit control) Finance Support Officer
* Working hours - 37 hours per week
* We are offering this Role at a salary grade: £24,920 (£12.95 p/hr) per annum pro-rata.
Main Responsibilities:
* Chasing payments from Customers mainly Schools
* Reconciling Customer Accounts
* Resolution of Invoice Queries
* Liaising with Customers and Internal Departments to resolve Invoice Queries
Skills and Experience:
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Attention to detail (essential)
* Experience in Credit Control or relevant qualification (preferable)
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (V-lookups)
* Working knowledge of SAP (preferable)
