Role Overview:
In this pivotal role, you will support the students' academic journeys and personal growth. You'll cover teaching sessions, offer guidance, and maintain a positive learning atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage students times of teacher absence.
• Cultivate a productive and respectful learning environment.
• Monitor student behaviour and ensure compliance with school policies.
• Deliver pre planned lessons.
• Work closely with teachers and support staff to meet individual student needs.
• Keep accurate records of student progress and behaviour.
• Provide feedback and reports to senior staff as needed.

Requirements:

• A strong passion for education and student development.
• Experience working with young people in an educational setting is highly desirable.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to effectively manage and motivate students.
• Patience, resilience, and a positive outlook.
• A relevant qualification in education or a related field is a plus.
