Description

Profile

A successful Corporate Finance and Working Capital Director should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • A professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA - 5 years PQE)
  • Proven experience in a senior finance role within the technology industry.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate finance and working capital management.
  • Excellent strategic planning and financial analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software and databases.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
