An opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager with Ideally 10 years of experience to join a well-established construction company, managing commercial projects including refurbishment, roofing, and maintenance.

As a Contracts Manager, you will serve as the primary client contact and hold overall administrative responsibility for all projects. This role provides flexible working option.

You will be responsible for:

  • Develop and monitor site-specific work programmes, addressing any variations.
  • Coordinate labour allocation, materials, and sub-contractor orders.
  • Oversee risk assessments, RAMS, and ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies.
  • Manage on-site staff, sub-contractors, and conduct mandatory site inspections.
  • Maintain financial control, assist with interim claims, and compile data for review meetings.

What we are looking for:

  • Ideally have 10 years of experience in contracts management.
  • Familiarity with Health & Safety legislation and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
