Contract Manager | High Ongar, Essex | Full-time - Permanent
Sees Flooring is a major commercial flooring contractor supporting the delivery of floor finish projects in the range of £100k - £1m for tier 1, 2 and 3 main contractors, multi-national PLCs and public sector authorities across London and the East Anglia region.

In response to new market and client demands, we are dedicated to expanding our operations and multiplying our annual turnover, presenting an exciting opportunity for a Contract Manager to join and directly scale the business.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee commercial flooring projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet client specifications and expectations
Liaise with clients, attend pre-contract meetings, and conduct regular site visits for complex or large jobs
Complete and distribute RAMS, and attend site coordination meetings
Manage procurement and timely delivery of materials, whilst maintaining project cost plans
Monitor and report on project progress, maintain up-to-date information and sign off timesheets and project completion for invoicing
Resource and manage competent labour, ensuring compliance with PPE and toolbox talks
Monitor labour resource performance and health & safety compliance
Oversee QA processes
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and KPIs
Collaborate with sales consultants and clients to optimise project outcomes through value engineering
Proactively manage on-site issues and snagging to ensure client satisfaction
Develop strong client relationships to secure new business opportunities
Experience and Skills Required:
Previous contract management experience in commercial flooring or a related market sector
CSCS Gold or Black card and SMSTS certification
UK driver's licence
Self-motivated, flexible, and proactive approach
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
In-depth knowledge of flooring materials, installation techniques, and trends
Commitment to ongoing professional development (CPD)
Proficient IT skills, including MS Office
