Our client is a renowned international aircraft leasing company with more than 30 years of experience in providing diverse financing and leasing solutions to airlines and investors globally.
As a result of their continued fleet expansion, they are seeking to appoint a Contract Manager to join their London team.
Job Purpose:
Join the dynamic team as a Contract Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of the company’s lease contracts and debt facilities, ensuring lessee compliance. You will be responsible for the comprehensive administration of contract and lease management, including filings and document management.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately record all lease contract information in the lease management system.
Issue timely invoices for rent, maintenance reserves, deposits, ad hoc services, and servicing.
Oversee cash receipts and allocations, including customer outreach for any arrears.
Coordinate receipt of all security renewals, including Letters of Credit.
Collaborate with an outsourced insurance specialist to manage insurance renewals.
Ensure timely receipt of all lessee financial reports.
Record monthly aircraft utilization in the lease management system and implement maintenance reserve rate adjustments.
Work with the Technical team and CTO to keep all technical details of each aircraft current.
Approve and manage payment of all valid maintenance reserve claims with support from the Technical team and CTO.
Address compliance issues and covenant reporting under the company’s debt facilities.
Manage the filing system of original documents in coordination with the legal team.
Prepare and update monthly fleet reports for various stakeholders, including aircraft manufacturers, insurance brokers, and shareholders.
Keep the company website updated with all portfolio details.
Experience & Skills Required: 2-4 years of experience in the leasing industry.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
