This is an outstanding opportunity for a Chartered professional (or qualified to work towards chartered status) with construction commercial and contract industry experience, to move into a senior teaching role. This niche role offers the opportunity to teach and guide motivated students based at a unique and highly professional Training facility in Chatham, Kent.
The Contract Management Senior Lecturer will provide subject expertise within a small multidisciplinary teaching team with a focus to enhance teaching delivery, reflecting current, state of the art and emerging engineering practices.

The Contract Management Senior Lecturer will demonstrate depth of knowledge and experience to be able to deliver construction commercial and contract content that is relevant to studies from the concept stage of a project until the final sign off at the end of any project. This will encompass the contractual and commercial complexities of Building, M&E, and Civil Engineering inputs needed, and cover all levels of student academic achievement from Level 3 (trades courses) to Level 7 (masters degrees).
Additional experience to support the role of Senior Lecturer Contract Management:
Degree level qualification in a relevant subject area
MSc or equivalent working experience or teaching delivery in Contract Management
Chartered Member of a relevant professional body (RICS, CIOB, APM, RIBA, ICE) or able to gain professional registration within an agreed time after commencement
Minimum level 5 teaching qualification, or commitment to achieve this qualification within two years of commencement
