Construction Solicitor

Our client are a leading global firm who are seeking a senior Construction Solicitor with 4+PQE to join their team as a Senior Associate in Manchester.The team act for a broad range of local and national clients across sectors such as retail, housing, education, student accommodation and regeneration and act on development and banking related matters. This role is focused on advising and negotiating on construction and engineering contracts and therefore knowledge and experience in drafting and revising complex contracts and appointments for a range of projects is essential. The ideal candidate will have gained 4+ years’ post-qualification experience as a construction solicitor ideally focusing on non-contentious matters, however candidates with a mixed contentious and non-contentious background will also be considered.You will be joining a fully inclusive and supportive team that is committed to your development as a senior associate within the team.
