Project Manager | Hampshire | High End Projects

A fantastic, well established and growing main contractor are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. Based on projects in and around Hampshire, the Project Manager will be joining a really great team and environment working on super prime and high end projects. The Project Manager will be running projects up to £5m for high net worth clients.

The role:

* Running a projects from £500k to £5m

* Reporting into the Operations Director

* Managing sub contractors and client

* Seeing projects out from start to finish

* Overseeing Site Managers

The candidate:

* Experience in high end housing ideally for a main contractor

* Can oversee multiple projects

* Presentable in front of a client

* Lives within Hampshire/ Dorset areas

* Looking for a company they can progress with
