We are looking for a Commis Chef. This is a full-time role and will be reporting into the Executive and Head Chef.
Working pattern: Shift work / Monday to Sunday / 5 days per week with 2 days off / rotas are done on a weekly basis.
Salary: £23,795.20 annually + service charge
We are looking for someone who has a strong background in a culinary environment as a Commis Chef with over 2 years experience.
As a Commis Chef you will be :
Assisting in the preparation and production of menus
Preparing all dishes to the required standard and specification
Maintaining high health and safety standards
Being responsible for securing the kitchen when on late duty
Ensuring that sections are kept clean, safe and hygienic at all times
