Key Responsibilities:
- Sales: Sell Used Approved and Non-Franchise Light Commercial Vehicles.
- Forecourt Management: Maintain the appearance of the forecourt display in adherence to brand standards.
- Customer Enquiries: Handle all online and walk-in customer enquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Appraisals: Accurately appraise part-exchange vehicles.
- Sales Process: Manage the sales process from deposit to handover, including follow-up calls 24 hours later.
- Prospecting: Actively prospect for new business with both existing and new customers.
- Customer Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Customer Satisfaction: Achieve customer satisfaction scores in line with brand expectations.
- Sales Growth: Gradually build sales in line with budget volume and profit expectations.
- Reporting: Liaise with and report to the Used Vehicle Manager to ensure correct stock levels and model mix.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience in commercial vehicle sales is ideal, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets in line with KPIs.
- Personality: Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and professional attitude.
- Skills: Strong ability to identify new business opportunities and influence and persuade in various situations.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow processes and brand guidelines.
