Position: Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive
Location: Bicester
Salary: �24,000 - �29,000 Basic | Up to �63,600 OTE
Working Hours: 40 hours per week | No Weekends
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales: Sell Used Approved and Non-Franchise Light Commercial Vehicles.
  • Forecourt Management: Maintain the appearance of the forecourt display in adherence to brand standards.
  • Customer Enquiries: Handle all online and walk-in customer enquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Appraisals: Accurately appraise part-exchange vehicles.
  • Sales Process: Manage the sales process from deposit to handover, including follow-up calls 24 hours later.
  • Prospecting: Actively prospect for new business with both existing and new customers.
  • Customer Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Achieve customer satisfaction scores in line with brand expectations.
  • Sales Growth: Gradually build sales in line with budget volume and profit expectations.
  • Reporting: Liaise with and report to the Used Vehicle Manager to ensure correct stock levels and model mix.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: Previous experience in commercial vehicle sales is ideal, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets in line with KPIs.
  • Personality: Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and professional attitude.
  • Skills: Strong ability to identify new business opportunities and influence and persuade in various situations.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow processes and brand guidelines.
