Commercial Property Management Client Administrator/ Parking Manager - City of London
My client, a successful global property firm, are currently seeking an Property Management Client Administrator/Parking Manager to sit within the residential management service line providing a high-quality service for the client across their car park portfolio.
You will sit within a fast paced, friendly and experienced team. Prior Administration / Accounts experience is required.
Key Responsibilities

\n- Assist in the general management of car parks with guidance from the Property Managers
\n- Deal with enquiries from tenants, clients, solicitors, local authorities, etc.
\n- Assist with collection of rents and other receivables
\n- Compile Excel spreadsheets including new property budgets, void costs, insurance
\n- Prepare change notes for new clients, properties, leases & ongoing amendments to tenancies. This entails extracting information from Leases or other legal documents & populating database amendment forms
\n- Maintain manual and electronic files for property in accordance with procedures
\n- Liaise with the property accounts team over any license queries where necessary
\n- Assist with set up and handover of licenses
\n- Collate data and compile client reports
\n- Attend internal training courses and identify individual training needs
\n- Daily management of Dynamics including raising invoices and jobs
\n- Answering phones and dealing with enquiries or taking messages
\n- Audio and copy typing including updating or producing schedules, presentations, pitches etc.
\n- Minute taking as and when required
\n- Producing arrears analysis as required by individual surveyors
\n- Undertake specific projects as requested by client Contract Manager
\n- Monitor work referrals and assist Contract Manager in maintaining log and ensuring transfers are received

Skills and Knowledge Required
\n
\n- Previous property experience in an administrative or accounts capacity
\n- Good organisational and co-ordination skills
\n- Good verbal and written communication skills with a positive attitude and excellent attention to detail
\n- Excellent time management
\n- Ability to multitask and to work accurately and effectively under pressure
\n- Must understand the principles and practice of client care
\n- Ability to work in a team and understand team dynamics
\n- Must be computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook. PowerPoint experience advantageous
\n
\n
Salary: £30,000 to £32,000 Dependant on Experience + Annual discretionary bonus
Hours: 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday (minimum of 3 days in the office, work from home flexibility)
