Your responsibilities will include:Overseeing contract solicitations, negotiations, and administration.Ensuring compliance with contract terms and mitigating risks.Liaising with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to manage contract-related issues.Supporting audits and maintaining thorough contract documentation.COMMERCIAL OFFICER ESSENTIAL SKILLS:Proven experience in contracts management, particularly for major projects or complex agreements.Strong knowledge of commercial/contract models and risk management.Excellent analytical, report writing, and organizational skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Active SC ClearanceTO BE CONSIDERED…Please either apply through this advert or emailing me directly via #####.
