The Role:
You'll handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters including:
-Contract & shareholder disputes
-Professional negligence

-Insolvency & asset recovery
-Partnership and director issues

-ADR, mediation & arbitration

What We're Looking For:
- Circa 3 plus PQE in commercial litigation (flexible for the right person)
- Strong knowledge of dispute resolution, CPR, and client management
- Commercial mindset & a team player with ambition
