Their clients’ cases are often multi-jurisdictional or transnational, with outcomes that have a major impact on the future of the parties and sectors involved.The RoleThe successful candidate will work with experienced advocates, experts, and local counsel as necessary to secure the most favourable outcomes for the firm’s clients. The role requires acting swiftly to seek injunctive relief when urgent action is needed to protect clients’ valuable rights or assets.Additionally, the candidate will assist in countering situations where opposing parties misuse injunctive relief to gain illegitimate bargaining power, potentially threatening the completion of large and complex transactions.Key RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) at a highly regarded law firm.They should also possess:Resilience under pressure and the ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines.Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and substantive laws relevant to their area of specialisation and level of qualification.A high level of professionalism and integrity.A solid academic background, demonstrated by degree and exam results.Experience in running negotiations and meetings with minimal supervision.ContactFor further information, please contact James Cockerill at +44 ##### ##### or send your CV and degree transcripts to #####.
