Commercial fit out project Engineer - East Central London
This client is a well-established electrical and Mechanical Building services consultancy working on projects for household names worth up to 200 million! They are currently seeking a project engineer in the East Central London area.
The successful Commercial fit out Project Engineer will be responsible for:

• Commercial fit out Project Engineer will provide support to the project management team with any ongoing/ new private commercial fit out projects
• Commercial fit out Project Engineer will be working on Mechanical and Electrical fit our projects worth between 1 million - 200 million
• Commercial fit out Project Engineer will be responsible to deliver risk and method statements for high end commercial fit out projects
• Commercial fit out Project Engineer will have to provide detailed project reports including quality and progression
• Commercial fit out Project Engineer will be leasing and assisting the accounts department with all project related debt
• Commercial fit out Project Engineer will ensure good cost control across projects and advise the business of profit/loss regarding commercial fit out projects
• Commercial fit out Project Engineer will have to co-ordinate onsite deliveries
• Commercial fit out Project Engineer will ensure resources are available in line with the client's program and monitor progress

To be successful the Commercial fit out Project Engineer will need:

• The Commercial fit out Project Engineer will need relevant experience within a Mechanical or electrical background.

• Commercial fit out Project Engineer will need excellent coordination skills, experiences working with different teams at once is beneficial
• Commercial fit out Project Engineer will need a degree level education in an engineering related course or have time served experience
• Commercial fit out Project Engineer will need a Full UK driving license
• Commercial fit out Project Engineer will have to be in a commutable distance of East Central London

Commercial fit out Project Engineer will be paid � 50-60k dependent on experience + 25 days holiday 1 day charity leave & 1 mental wellbeing day. Package also includes a discretional bonus+ Private healthcare + Accident cover + Life insurance + Pension scheme and a cycle to work plan
