- You'll receive:
- A salary from £33-35000pa, negotiable on experience, with bonus/incentive scheme

Your typical day as our Commercial Relations Manager:
You'll manage Innserve's relationship with our existing customer base, to help them to grow in their marketplace, support the development of new services and drive the continuous improvement of the service Innserve provide. You'll ensure that our customers have a voice within Innserve and that they remain at the centre of the decisions Innserve make.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with key customers, you'll proactively manage Innserve's service levels ensuring all SLAs and KPI's are met, performing regular customer reviews on performance.
Maximising opportunities to develop business with our existing customer base and help support the growth into adjacent markets when required. you'll also manage the delivery of project work. Customer Sales Support : you'll represent Innserve, developing positive relationships with our customers to help them win new business, whilst driving process simplification to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Supporting contract negotiation for new business and retenders, you'll be an Engagement advocate. telling our customer stories internally to our Innserve colleagues.
You'll have:
- High Levels of Commercial Awareness
- Experience of managing large corporate customers in a service industry
- High attention to detail, data led approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems
- The ability to identify concerns quickly and implement immediate plans to resolve
- Experience in Collaboration: A strong team player with the ability to work effectively with colleagues across different functions
- Relationship Building skills, fostering and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work remotely and office based with a high level of autonomy.
- A flexible outlook, being adaptable and able to work in complex, fast paced environments.
- Preferable experience of having already worked in a Customer Environment within the Service Industry, possibly from a sales, customer service, key accounts or account management background
- A business qualification - BSc/BA/ MSc/MA in a relevant field would be preferred but not essential
