Must Have’s

* Experience in Commercial Insurance, ideally property-focused

* Strong relationship-building and client service skills

* Proven sales ability with a track record of meeting targets

* Understanding of the insurance regulatory environment

Nice to Have’s

* Property insurance (commercial/residential) experience

* Cert Cii qualification

Key Responsibilities

* Service an existing portfolio of property clients

* Develop and sell insurance solutions profitably

* Manage renewals and grow new business

* Build strong relationships with clients, agents, and insurers

* Support the wider team and contribute to company growth
