CNC and Manual Machinists - Sheffild - £17.40 to £23.20 per hour DOE

Positions Available:
CNC Millers (Elgamills, 3m to 12m)
CNC Horizontal Borers (machines up to 10m)
Manual Horizontal Borers (training available for candidates with manual milling experience)
We are looking for skilled CNC and Manual Machinists to join our team on both day and night shifts. If you have experience with Heidenhain controllers, programming on the machine, and setting up large fabrications, castings, and forgings, we want to hear from you.
Role and Responsibilities
CNC Millers: Program, Set and Operate large CNC Elgamills ranging from 3 meters up to 12 meters.
CNC Horizontal Borers: Program, set and Operate horizontal boring machines up to 10 meters in length.
Manual Horizontal Borers: Work on Kearns and Richards manual machines with digital readouts (training available for those experienced in manual milling).
Set up, program, and machine various large components, including fabrications, castings, and forgings.
Requirements
Experience with Heidenhain controllers and programming directly on the machine.
Proven experience in setting up and machining large components (fabrications, castings, and forgings).
Strong attention to detail and quality in machining tasks.
Working Hours and Pay
Day Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 am - 4:00 pm.
Pay rate: up to £17.40 per hour.
Night Shift: Monday to Thursday, 4:30 pm - 2:30 am.
Pay rate: up to £23.20 per hour.
Overtime: Available at time and a half (including Fridays).
