Our Public Sector client requires a Clerical Officer to join the team, based in Belfast City Centre
The role is full time hours, Monday to Friday from ##### to ##### (37 hours) . The role is temporary ongoing
In your new role, you will be responsible for processing claims, requesting information from clients, answering calls in a polite and professional manner
You are a good for fit for this role, if you have previous Admin/Customer Service experience and have excellent communication skills
Our client requires 5 GCSE`s Grade A to C and a basis Access NI if you have been successful for the post.
In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £9.43 per hour and benefit from 34 days AL per annum
