I have a fantastic opportunity for a Children's Home Manager which is open to both existing registered managers and deputy managers looking for the next step of their career.

Information:

• Children's Home Registered Manager
• Register with OFSTED as the manager of a children's home, managing and overseeing the day to day operations and activities within the home
• Offer support and guidance to the staff team
• Liaise with SMT and HR department, working in sync, to help manage and recruit the staff team
• Ensure the home meets at least a GOOD rating with OFSTED
• Supporting within a 4 bedded residential care home
• Support children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
• Barnsley based

Pay:

• Up to £45,000
• + £4,000 in bonuses

Requirements to apply:

• NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management (or working towards)
• NVQ Level 3 in children and young people
• Registered Manager experience
