As a Chemistry ECT, you’ll:

Teach Chemistry across KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to teach KS5 in your second year
*
Plan engaging experiments and investigations aligned with curriculum and enrichment goals
*
Encourage analytical thinking, scientific method, and problem-solving in all lessons
*
Collaborate with other science teachers to run STEM clubs and science fairs
ECT support includes:

What we’re looking for:

QTS (or on track to achieve it by July 2025)

A degree in Chemistry or a closely related subject
*
Strong classroom presence and a passion for inspiring young scientists
*
A commitment to inclusive education and continuous personal development
*
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
