Chef de Partie to join a private members club restaurant based in the Bromley Area. The company are passionate about looking after their members and offering a great atmosphere which is reflected in the menu.
We are recruiting for a Chef de partie.
Meals on duty
Gym Membership
Uniform provided
What we are looking for:
Creative and experienced Chef de Partie
Knowledge of British produce and good quality cuisine
Passion for Food and Customer Service
Capable of running your own section, leading a team
Previous experience as Chef de Partie
Own transport an advantage
We require all staff to be trained to at least Senior Chef de Partie level and hold NVQ level 2 certificates or the equivalent, and an up-to-date food hygiene certificate.
