Carpenter/ Multi Trade - Norwich

Job Title: Multi Trade Carpenter

Location: Norwich

Start Date: ASAP - 3 Month With Potential for Ongoing Work 

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 16:00 - Friday 3pm finish

Salary: £15.60 per hour PAYE or £19.50per hour CIS DOE trade skills and experience

Must have own van and tools 

Company & Project:

ARC Group are recruiting for experienced Multi Traders for a well established housing associations contractor. The successful candidate should have experience working on maintenance projects and be responsible for the repairs and maintenance on Void property works within the Norwich area. 

Duties & Responsibilities of a Multi Trader:

• Experiecne wirking in Void properties
• As the Multi Trader preferably have experience of working on a planned and reactive works schemes.
• As the Multi Trader you’ll complete allocated works within carpentry, tiling, basic plumbing & electrical and plastering and minor repairs.

Desirable Experience & Qualifications for the role of Multi Trader:

• Valid UK driving licence (Essential)
• Must have experience in a wide range of trades
• Experience working on maintenance projects
• Health and Safety Aware
