Mazco Recruitment is proud to partner with a diverse and forward-thinking precision engineering company based in Chesterfield, seeking a skilled CAD/CAM Programmer with full CNC programming, operating, and machining experience.

About the Role:

As a CAD/CAM Programmer, you will take ownership of the complete programming process using CAD/CAM software to produce high-quality components. You’ll be involved in everything from one-off prototypes to small and long batch runs.

Key Responsibilities:

Full CNC programming and operation (manual and CAM-generated)

*

Using Fusion 360 or OneCNC for programming (CAM compliant)

*

Operating CNC machinery with Hurco conversational or Fanuc control

*

Producing precision-engineered parts to tight tolerances

*

Working across a variety of industries with different job specs

*

Reading and interpreting detailed technical drawings

About You:

*

Proven experience as a CNC Programmer/Operator/Machinist

*

Strong CAD/CAM knowledge (Fusion 360 or OneCNC preferred)

*

Confident with Hurco and/or Fanuc control systems

*

Attention to detail and experience working to tight tolerances

*

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Package & Benefits:

Hourly Rate: £20.00 – £25.00 per hour (depending on experience)
