MANE is currently recruiting for a Junior Buyer to join a growing procurement team within a dynamic manufacturing environment based in Belfast.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their procurement career to gain valuable experience and grow within a well-established business.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the procurement of products, parts, and supporting equipment required for manufacturing operations.

Support the sourcing of suppliers for materials and services, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery standards are met.

Help manage supplier relationships, tracking performance and resolving any issues related to quality or delivery.

Participate in contract administration, including obtaining necessary approvals and maintaining supplier records.

Work closely with the Procurement and Operations teams to improve purchasing processes and drive efficiencies.

Maintain accurate data in the ERP system and support system updates and enhancements.

Attend internal team meetings and contribute to procurement reporting as needed.

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives and ensure smooth operations.

Support the company's values and contribute to a positive team culture.

What We're Looking For:

A keen interest in procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and a willingness to learn ERP systems.

Previous procurement or purchasing experience is a plus but not essential - training will be provided
