We are recruiting for a Business Support Manager here at the Council.
Based at the operational depots in Spalding, this important role manages the Business Support Team within the Neighbourhoods division of the Council, supporting the delivery of the waste collection service, street cleansing, and parks and grounds maintenance activity across South Holland. The postholder will have experience of managing support services, implementing service improvements, and leading on digitalisation projects.
We're looking for someone who can drive service improvements, monitor performance, implement new technologies, and identify opportunities to collaborate with other Service Managers across the South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership. You will have excellent customer skills, be solution focused, and ready to support the transformation of our frontline services.
It is an exciting time to join the team as we plan and implement the requirements of the Environment Act 2021. You will be part of a supportive team working together across the Partnership region to introduce improvements to the Neighbourhood services across the district.
What we need from you:
Experience of managing administration and support services.
Experience managing projects.
Customer focused.
Full Cat B driving licence
Proficient in IT skills, and data analysis
