Our client, a leading sustainability company in the UK for over 30 years, is expanding its Communications team. They work with top-tier blue-chip organisations, many of which have partnered with them for over a decade.





 Key Highlights:




  • Location: UK-based, with some attendance at the Chichester head office.

  • Salary: £40k - £65k, plus benefits and bonuses (DOE).

  • Role: Help expand business in a growing, sustainable company.





 Key Responsibilities for the Business Development Manager:




  • New business: Identify and prospect new opportunities with new and existing customers.

  • Lead qualification: Collaborate with the Communications team to qualify leads from marketing efforts.

  • Service development: Create sales offerings that align with market trends and customer needs.

  • CRM management: Maintain accurate sales data on MS Dynamics.

  • Collaboration: Work with other teams to ensure smooth operations and meet client needs.

  • Feedback: Gather feedback from prospects to fine-tune service offerings.





 Ideal Candidate Profile for the Business Development Manager:




  • Sustainability Focus: Strong passion for sustainability and understanding of sustainability-related topics.

  • Sales Experience: Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in subscription models.
