Job Title: Business Development Manager – Interior Fit-Out

Area to be covered: London & South East
Remuneration: £50,000 -£60,000 (depending on exp) + commission giving OTE £75,000 - £80,000
Benefits: car allowance up £500 OR company car & full benefits package
The role of the Business Development Manager – Interior Fit-Out will involve:
* Field sales position selling office fit-out refurbishment and design & build services
* Majority of your time will be spent selling to fit-out companies, office fit-out contractors, dealers and large end users
* A smaller element of your time will be spent dealing with interior designers and architects
* Problem solving, resolving conflicts and providing solutions to customers’ needs
* Tasked with growing new business revenue of £1m+
* Targeting projects between £10k-£200k
* Typical projects would include offices, universities, schools, local authorities and large end users
* Majority of your time will be focused on developing new business relationships with your existing contact however will be given some projects already underway
* Will have extensive internal lead generation support
* Must upkeep CRM system
The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager – Interior Fit-Out with:
* Must have interior fit-out / design & build services experience
* Must have dealt with fit-out companies, fit-out contractors, dealers and large end users
* Ideally office fit-out experience however not essential
* Must be able to work autonomously
* Ideally have a black book of contacts
* Ideally have in depth knowledge of interior spaces and products
* Highly motivated and able to work on own initiative
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects / problem solving attitude
* Good time management skills, focused and customer service orientated
