Location: Field-Based, UK
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Monday - Friday)
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 DOE

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Reclad Specialist to enhance partnerships with key construction clients. This role involves developing and maintaining long-term relationships with main contractors and developers, ensuring the company is recognised as a trusted partner in faade and cladding solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of government regulations and industry standards related to faades and cladding systems.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of various cladding systems and installation techniques.
Deliver impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
Conduct face-to-face meetings with client contacts, optimising opportunities for engagement and project development.
Perform market research to identify trends, competitor products, and new business opportunities.
Promote and sell new products to existing clients and assist with the launch of new product concepts.
Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies and support new product development while ensuring excellent customer service.
Requirements KPIs:
Conduct a minimum of 16 face-to-face visits per week, including site-bashes.
Achieve at least 4 site-bash visits per week.
Make a minimum of 20 contact calls per week.
Office presence required on Mondays, with the remainder of the week field-based.
Required Skills and Attributes:
Hard-working, loyal, and a supportive team player with a positive attitude.
Strong 'hunter' mentality with a proactive approach to discovering new opportunities.
Eager to advance through continuous learning and contribute to team discussions.
Friendly, approachable, with excellent time management and initiative.
Qualifications:
Essential experience in faade regulations, design, and construction.
Desirable experience in faade remediation and recladding, with relevant industry contacts.
Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel extensively across the UK and Ireland.
Training will be provided to support progression within the company.
