On behalf of my client, a global life sciences manufacturer, I am seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their data quality improvement project. In this role, you will work closely with the data quality team to identify and address the root causes of data quality issues impacting their commercial data.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand the current systems, processes, and business logic involved in data integrations and ingestion
Analyse business processes and technology workflows to pinpoint areas for improvement
Collaborate with the data quality lead to develop solutions that address both data and process-related problems
Document and communicate findings to drive data quality enhancements
Provide business process re-engineering expertise to optimise data management practices
Required Skills and Experience:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on data-driven initiatives
Strong understanding of business processes and technology architectures
Ability to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders
Experience in business process re-engineering and optimization
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with data quality management principles and practices
