UTEC are looking to source a Business Administrator on a 6-month fixed term basis. Based at their facility in Aberdeen, the Business Administrator will support several key functions within the UTEC Europe & Africa business, performing a wide range of administration tasks, covering multiple functions with the aim of completing the rollout of the new Nav Armada finance system.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinating with Europe & Africa Region function leads to provide the necessary admin support, as required for the finance system rollout.
- Aid Cost Control team in month end reporting and novating to the new armada invoice system
- Create, supplement, and organise Armada documentation for workflows and manuals as required
- Support the logistics and workshop departments with data input into the new system
- Support the Project teams in setting up new contracts in the new system
- Support the QHSE function during audits and other similar activities.
- Organise Ad hoc meeting administration - agenda, minutes & follow up.
- Any other ad-hoc duties deemed suitable.
Required
- Relevant experience within a similar role would be advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Attention to detail with good customer service skills.
- Experience of using a Data Management System
- Experienced/confident in using Outlook, Microsoft Word/Excel, and PowerPoint in the workplace to carry out a variety of tasks.
- Professional with excellent communication skills
