Building Surveyor

An award-winning commercial property consultancy are looking for a bright Building Surveyor to join their expanding Birmingham team.

The Building Surveyors' role

In this role, the Building Surveyor will play a pivotal part in a newly commissioned project for one of their key clients.

The primary focus will be on conducting planned preventative maintenance and condition surveys across multiple care homes throughout the UK, ensuring high-quality assessments and contributing to the long-term success of the project.

Alongside this, the successful Building Surveyor will have the exciting opportunity to expand the Building Surveying services in Birmingham, with a strategic focus on enhancing the project portfolio and building a broader client base.

The Building Surveyor

The successful Building Surveyor will ideally be a confident and client-facing individual with previous consultancy experience.

• BSc/MSc ideally in Building Surveying (RICS accredited)
• On APC pathway ideally (MRICS qualification would be a bonus)
• Both professional and project consultancy experience
