We are looking for a Breakfast Chef De Partie (Full-Time) to join the glamour of InterContinental Life at our InterContinental Edinburgh the George Hotel

Breakfast Chef De Partie , your main duties and responsibilities will be supporting our Kitchen team to provide excellent experiences to our guests through delicious culinary experiences, beautiful presentation and timely service.
Joining us as a Breakfast Chef De Partie, we are looking for someone who has
Availability to work 40 hours per week across 5 days (availability to start from 5am, weekend availability is essential)
Passion for providing excellent culinary experiences and experience working in various sections of the kitchen
Experience working as a CDP in a 4/5* Hotel or restaurant (ideally 2 years as a minimum)
City & Guilds 706/1 or NVQ equivalent
Passion for providing luxury experiences, not shy to go above and beyond to personalise our Guests stay and provide your local wisdom to enhance their experience
Ability to work together in the team with guests as our centre focus!
In return for bringing the InterContinental life to our guests, you can expect to receive
Financial security
- £16.00 per hour (£33,280.00 per annum FTE), guaranteed hours, paid overtime, a free meal on shift, paid holidays, subsidised unsocial hour travel support and enhanced sick pay! Plus, Tronc paid monthly if in eligible role.
