We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Breakfast and Afternoon Tea Manager to lead our breakfast and afternoon tea team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a keen eye for detail. This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the highest standards of service are consistently delivered to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the breakfast and afternoon tea services.
Ensure that all guests receive a warm and professional welcome and that their needs are met promptly.
Manage, train, and motivate the breakfast and afternoon tea team to deliver outstanding service.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene in line with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
Handle guest complaints and feedback in a professional manner, seeking to resolve any issues promptly.
