The role - Behaviour Mentor
I am working with a mainstream primary school based in Newham that are looking to appoint a Behaviour Mentor ASAP. The suitable candidate for this role will need to use your previous experience to assist the teacher in running the class and will need to work closely with the students, you will need to build strong rapport with the students and be an patient, approachable and enthusiastic person.
For this Behaviour Mentor role you will need to have experience working with challenging behaviour and have great interpersonal skills, you will be working in a mainstream primary class environment with approximately 25 mixed students across Key stages 1 & 2. You must work with students 1:1 and in small groups and have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
