About the role - Behaviour Mentor
I am working with this outstanding secondary school based in Newham who are looking to appoint a behaviour mentor to join them this September. The successful behaviour mentor will be responsible for delivering 1:1, paired and small group teaching using a behavioural approach. The school are looking for an individual who can maintain a physically safe environment whilst following risk assessments as appropriate. The main focus for the successful behaviour mentor will be to support high quality teaching and learning alongside the class teacher.
