Band 3 Adult Support Workers
Location: Day Centre, Belfast
Hours: 9am – 3pm, Monday to Friday

As a Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in empowering adults with learning disabilities to develop life skills, achieve personal goals, and enjoy meaningful daily activities – all within a supportive and caring environment.
What We’re Looking For:
At least 6–12 months’ paid experience supporting individuals with disabilities
NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Care (or equivalent) – desirable
Compassion, excellent teamwork & communication skills
Willingness to support individuals with complex needs
You must be eligible to register with NISCC, and full registration must be completed within 3 months of starting.
