Associate Director of Estates

We are actively seeking an experienced Associate Director of Estates to work for an organisation based in the South West of England area. The contract will originally go for 6 months, but with a likely extension.

Position: Associate Director of Estates

Location: South West of England

Pay rate: £45 - £54 per hour (Through CIS or Umbrella Company)

Key Responsibilities:

* Leading the strategic and operational direction of Estates services, ensuring compliance with legislative and organisational requirements

* Managing financial and performance targets, ensuring value for money and operational efficiency

* Drive a culture of safety, compliance, and innovation within Estates services

* Lead and develop Estates teams across multiple sites, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery

* Ensure robust emergency preparedness and business continuity plans are in pace and regularly reviewed

* Leading service improvements and change management initiatives to enhance Estates services

* Monitor performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions where necessary

Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience working in a senior capacity within the NHS and be able to undergo a Standard DBS check. If this role interests you, please reply with your updated CV
