Job Description:
- Support Project and Account Managers in daily operations to ensure smooth project/account delivery.
- Managing day-to-day issues that may arise from either live or test environments.
- General account management activities, this includes but not limited to, support calls, release planning, problem solving and incident support.
- Collaborate with other teams to support the management of any releases.
- Assist in the creation of support or training documentation.
- Getting involved with the entire SDLC, this includes supporting clients with their user acceptance testing.
- General configuration of client applications to ensure the applications are working as expected
Job Qualifications:
Experience
1 - 2 Years of experience in project / support coordination or a related role.
Experience in managing small projects or assisting in larger project management tasks.
Familiar with a standard SDLC process
Skills
Strong organisation skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Can work as part of a team and is a self-starter
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to multitask and can work on multiple tasks at once
