We are actively recruiting for an Assistant Trainer for our client based in Hemel Hempstead. This is a brand new post and would suit someone who has worked in the construction industry and is familiar with the clientele.

The client has a dedicated training suite but you may need to go out on location so a car driver is required with their own vehicle. You will need to have a NVQ 3 in construction, possess strong communication skills both written and verbal. Have an ability to demonstrate to customers/students utilising your presentation skills and have problem solving ability to adapt to the needs of the students. Have good IT skills.

You do not have to come from training but a background in construction industry is required.

In return the company offer a salary of £30,000 -£36,000pa, death in service (3x salary), free car parking, pension an 24 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with one hour lunch.
