About the Role:
As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager and Head Chef in ensuring the smooth operation of an award-winning restaurant. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, supervising daily operations, and leading a dedicated team to maintain the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily food and beverage operations, anticipating guests needs and ensuring exceptional service.
Oversee breakfast, lunch, and dinner services, ensuring consistent quality and guest satisfaction.
Maintain extensive knowledge of wine and food pairings, and ensure your team is well-versed in menu offerings.
Manage Point of Sale (POS) systems and reservation systems efficiently.
Monitor sales, oversee upselling standards, and handle cashing up and end-of-day reconciliations.
Conduct team briefings and meetings in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
