Position: Assistant Operations Manager
Location: Hybrid Working. Home / London Region and Home Counties (Typically 2 days from home and 3 days onsite)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 (occasionally may be required to work out of hours as per business demands)
Salary: Competitive depending on experience

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As an Assistant Operations Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
Manage a portfolio of residential estates located around the London Region and Home Counties being responsible for managing the onsite teams, ensuring SOP’s are adhered to, supporting with H&S compliance and leading by example whilst adopting the Rendall and Rittner policies, procedures, and values.
You’ll have experience managing staff including appraisals, recruitment, training and development, performance management as well as any relevant employment related issues including managing the disciplinary process.
You have experience conducting site inspections, ensuring health & safety regulations are adhered to and having a basic working knowledge in building maintenance systems.
You’ll already have some brilliant experiences behind you in property management with a proven track record in delivering excellence, managing leaseholder queries, working safely, and managing a team environment. You’ll lead, engage, and inspire others.
You’ll be a confident communicator to work with internal and external stakeholders, building strong working relationships with residents, and contractors.
You are computer savvy, able to think on your feet and take initiative.
You’ll have a good understanding of the property industry and will closely with the property management team to ensure compliance at all your sites.
