We're seeking a skilled Asset Integrity Engineer to join our dynamic team. Asset Integrity Engineer Responsibilities:
Uphold life-saving rules, ensuring all activities are conducted safely and providing expert advice to production and national engineering leaders.
Review, assess, and update integrity management and inspection data for pressure systems, pipelines, and structures, including risk assessments and Written Schemes of Examination.
Evaluate inspection reports, verify compliance, and determine necessary remedial work.
Conduct engineering assessments to determine equipment fitness for service, specifying additional inspections or controls as needed.
Evaluate the performance and competence of Inspection and NDT contractors, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
Demonstrate a commitment to professional standards, hazard identification, risk management, and sustainable development.
Asset Integrity Engineer Requirements:
HND/Degree in a relevant engineering discipline, working towards Chartered Engineer status.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles and integrity management systems.
Expertise in inspection or testing fields such as pressure vessel examination, piping, or NDT.
Experience with high hazard process plants, process safety, and COMAH Regulations.
Proficiency in integrity analysis techniques such as fitness for service assessment and root cause analysis.
Willingness to travel across the UK.
