About the Role:
- Conduct comprehensive parenting assessments, utilising a variety of tools and frameworks.
- Work collaboratively with families to understand their strengths and areas needing support.
- Develop and implement comprehensive support plans tailored to each family's individual needs.
- Liaise with other professionals, including psychologists, teachers, and health care providers.
- Prepare detailed reports and participate in legal proceedings when necessary.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service offered by the Centre.
About You:
- You are a qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience.
- You possess a strong understanding of child development, attachment theory, and family dynamics.
- You have experience in conducting parenting assessments.
- You are an excellent communicator with exceptional interpersonal and listening skills.
- You are a skilled team player who can also work independently and manage a demanding caseload.
- You are passionate about safeguarding children and promoting positive outcomes for families.
