Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Dundee, East Scotland.
Salary / Benefits �24k - �40k + Training + Benefits
Industry leading provider of Asbestos Management services across the UK are now seeking to take on a BOHS P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyor to cover on Healthcare, Industrial, Local Authority, Retail, and Leisure contracts across the Scotland region. You will be working alongside an established team of surveyors, carrying out the full range of surveying duties in line with HSG 264 guidelines. Our client can offer further training into other environmental sector, excellent holiday allowance & company pension scheme.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Fife, Kirkaldy, Dunfermline, Glenrothes, Alloa, Stirling, Kincardine, Falkirk , Cumbernauld, Edinburgh, Penicuik, Glasgow, East Kilbride, Paisley, Kilmarnock, Coatbridge, Hamilton.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding the BOHS P402 is essential to the role.
" Experience working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy is essential to the role.
" Well versed in HSG 264 guidelines.
" Able to use TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
The Role:
" Carrying out management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection surveys.
" Working in line with HSG 264 guidelines.
" Using TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed technical reports.
" Sampling of suspected ACMs, ensuring to bag and label correctly.
