Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented Part III Architect or Architectural Technician to join our team. If you are proficient in AutoCAD and eager to advance your skills, this is an excellent opportunity for you. You'll be involved in various stages of design and construction, contributing to exciting and diverse projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in detailed design and construction stages of projects.
Conduct site inspections and reporting.
Liaise with consultants and contractors to ensure project success.
Run workshops with clients and consultants, communicating design issues and solutions.
Provide design options and ideas to enhance project outcomes.
Prepare detailed construction drawings and ensure compliance with Building Regulations.
Manage workloads effectively under time pressure.
Skills and Experience:
Part III qualification or an Architectural Technician with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Experienced in residential layouts, construction stages, and on-site work.
Strong detailing and construction drawing skills.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Excel.
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
Ability to start work within 4-5 weeks or sooner.
Current UK working Visa.
