Conrad Consulting are partnering with our Clients in search for an Architect working within a design focused role as part of their Residential Team on projects for Regional Developers and Housing Developers

Conrad Consulting are thrilled to be working with a Multi Award winning AJ100 practice based in Sussex looking to secure the services of an Architect that has a great focus on design and a portfolio demonstrating their work with Medium & Large scaled developers.

This practice has been successfully delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors from their offices across the UK. The Residential sector has been a Corner stone to their success and they look all set to continue as their team goes from strengths to strengths with multiple projects being given the go ahead

A Residential Design focused Architect who can demonstrate both good design, technical and management skills is required, as well as someone who has the ambitions to progress within the framework of a successful company. The successful Residential Architect will possess knowledge from preparing initial feasibility layouts to creating detailed masterplans.
Successful Architect Candidate Requirements:

• RIBA/ARB Registered Architect
• Minimum 3 years + Part 3 RIBA Post Qualification Experience within UK Practice
• Demonstrable experience working within the Residential sector for Developers and Housebuilders
• An understanding of Residential layout design regarding housing-led schemes
• Great design ability
• Good technical knowledge of the built environment
• Ability to manage projects through to completion
• Knowledge of guidance, building regulations and legislation surrounding the residential sector (Essential)
• Proficient with the use of Revit & AutoCAD software
• Ability to work collaboratively with project team and clients
• Excellent communication and time management skills

On offer for the Successful candidate are:

• Salary likely to be in the region of �38,000 - �45,000 DOE
