Adult Social Care Solicitor

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority in the North West of England who are looking to hire an adult-care solicitor on a 6 month rolling contract to cover a gap in their growing team,

No aspect of the day to day work requires in-person attendance and so the position is fully remote, candidates would be expected collect the IT in person on the first day however.

Some details of the assignment:

- Drafting s21As and s16s

- Handling more general court of protection matters autonomously,

- Attend the s21 Round Table Meetings (virtually)

- Have prior experience working within a local authority setting.
