Title: Administrator
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm - 3.30pm finish on Fridays, office based
Salary: £23,000 per annum
Holidays: 29 days per year (21+8), increases by 1 day after 2 years and 3 more after 5 (25+8)
Pension: Company Pension; 5% employees, 3% employers on salary sacrifice

A fantastic opportunity for an exuberant and keen Administrator to join a market-leading, dynamic manufacturer with ambitious strategic growth plans. This is a varied office-based role and is pivotal to the day to day running of the business, creating direct support for the General Manager across multiple departments.
Responsibilities of the Administrator include:
Communicating regularly with all department managers and colleagues to ensure sales orders are completed and products are booked out for delivery, ensuring all documentation is ready and accurate. You will file and archive completed job cards and other documentation as requested by GM and work collaboratively with other departments to review processes and look for improvements. Everyone pitches in with reception and hospitality duties so this will be something you need to be happy to join in with
To apply for the role of Administrator you should:
Have excellent organisation skills, effective time management, being structured and with good attention to detail to ensure priorities are organised. You will be an effective communicator, able to multitask displaying your proactive approach to work. Finally, in order to succeed in this role, you will be a capable user of MS Office suite
